Service Description
Welcome to Play on Words Therapy! Our initial evaluation is tailored to your child’s specific needs and concerns. Based on your input, we assess areas such as speech sounds, language use, comprehension, social communication, and feeding. We also observe related skills to rule out any other concerns. Through personalized, play-based care, we support your child in building strong communication skills with confidence!
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit ($87.50) is required at the time of booking to secure your initial evaluation. The remaining balance will be collected in person at your appointment. Initial evaluations must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance. Ongoing therapy sessions will be scheduled in person following the evaluation, and we’ll work together to develop a consistent schedule that fits your needs. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will incur a $40 fee • No-shows will be charged the full session rate • Emergencies and illness will be handled on a case-by-case basis—communication is always appreciated! *We understand things come up—we allow one courtesy late-cancellation for initial evaluations without a fee.
